We only share data between technical services like Chargebee, Auth0, Stripe & PayPal in order to manage membership, invoicing and secure authentification.
How long we retain your data
When we remove your data, all of them are deleted from all third-party.
Only invoicing data are keept for generating PDF as asked by the law (country, first name, last name and the product).
If you leave a email to the contact address, the DPO will manage your request.
For users that registrer on our website, we can also provide all personal information we have in their user profil.
Users can also see, edit or delete their personal information at any time in the account page and the Chargebee protal.
